Adult Swim, Arena Venus show, and George Lucas Selects Award

Autumn is upon us, and there’s a lot going on… I just returned from Toronto where I was a guest with Blame Society Productions at Fan Expo Canada. We were honored to be invited by the Expo and we had a great time meeting fans of the Chad Vader series. Our booth was next to several Star Wars and Star Trek actors’ booths, and I was especially excited to meet and spend time with David Prowse (Darth Vader in the original trilogy), Temuera Morrison, Daniel Logan, and Jake Lloyd (Jango Fett, Boba Fett, and Anakin Skywalker from the new Star Wars movies). I should mention that Chad Vader won the George Lucas Selects Award earlier this year, too (chosen by George himself!).

I’ll also be doing a live show this holiday season – our band Arena Venus is reuniting for a show at the Brink Lounge in mid-December. And Aaron Yonda made this video for “I’d Like You For Christmas” from our Yuletide Swank album.

I’ve also been working with Blame Society Productions on producing some short comedy videos for Turner Network’s website Adult Swim/Super Deluxe. My involvement was the usual behind-the-scenes type stuff, and I also appeared in two of the videos…
